I'm a Health Advisor by trade, which means I help people find easy, realistic ways to tweak their eating and exercise habits to maximise their health and well-being. I firmly beleive being healthy is not about dieting, skipping meals, cutting out food groups or exercising until you can't see straight. All you need is to move more, and vegetate your plate!

After-Dinner Mint: Peppermint Tea


Mint tea is the perfect way to end a meal. As a natural digestion aid, it will help you through any potential "do-I-need-to-loosen-my-belt-a-notch" phases and help you towards a better nights sleep. 

Simply pop a few leaves of fresh mint in a mug of boiling water, and voila - instant after-dinner zen!
